Data are photos of hot cracks resulting from MFDC RSW welding of bare Batch 3 Mg AZ21 with 50-mm F-type electrodes at constant current while varying weld hold times and electrode cooling water flow rates in one file and weld button sizes as a result of varying weld current and weld time simultaneously in the other.
